Terms of Service for Storescribe

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Storescribe platform (“Service”), provided by NunnCurtis LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Storescribe is an AI-powered SaaS platform that provides business intelligence, marketing content generation, and strategic analysis for Small and Mid-sized Businesses (SMBs) through our proprietary “Context Engine.”

2. Subscription and Payments

  • Billing: Services are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis ($49–$149/month). Payments are processed via Stripe.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled via your account dashboard.
  • Refunds: Due to the high cost of AI credits and data scraping, we generally do not offer refunds. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

3. Cancellation Policy

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, Storescribe does not archive business data for inactive accounts.

  • Upon cancellation or termination, your “Brand Genome,” historical context, and generated assets will be purged from our production databases within 30 days.
  • We are not responsible for the loss of data resulting from account cancellation.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

  • AI Hallucinations: You acknowledge that the Service uses Artificial Intelligence which may occasionally generate inaccurate, biased, or incorrect information (“hallucinations”).
  • User Responsibility: You are the “Editor-in-Chief” of your business. You agree to review, verify, and edit all AI-generated content (blog posts, social media, strategic advice) before publishing or acting upon it.
  • No Professional Advice: Storescribe does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. All strategic outputs are for informational purposes only.

5. Data Scraping & Intellectual Property

  • Our Process: Storescribe aggregates publicly available data (Google Maps, public websites, social profiles) to build your business context.
  • Usage Rights: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the outputs generated by the Service solely for your internal business operations.
  • User Inputs: You retain ownership of the proprietary data you input. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service for your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NunnCurtis LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, or for any actions taken based on AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sonoma County, California.
