Storescribe (“we” or “us”) does not sell your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).
This “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” notice is provided for California residents in compliance with the CCPA’s privacy rights.
What is the CCPA?
The CCPA gives California residents certain privacy rights with respect to their personal information. The CCPA provides that businesses shall not sell personal information of California residents to third parties unless the California resident has affirmatively authorized the sale.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. The following are the categories of personal information we collect and have collected over the past 12 months:

- Commercial information such as purchases, order information and payment information
- Internet usage information such as browsing history, search history and interactions with our website
- Geolocation data such as device location
- Inferences such as user preferences and interests

We use and disclose your personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy. In summary:

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 days and provide a substantive response within 45 days as required under the CCPA. Please note we will need to verify your identity before processing your request to protect the security of your information.
You may also designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf by providing the authorized agent signed permission to do so.
Changes to this Notice
We may change or update this California Do Not Sell Notice from time to time. If we make any material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our website homepage.
