Storescribe (a DBA of NunnCurtis LLC) (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our Small and Mid-sized Business (SMB) clients. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at storescribe.ai.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information through three primary channels:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and billing information (processed securely via Stripe).
- Business Profile Data: Information you provide about your business (NAICS codes, target audience, business goals).
- Contextual Scraped Data: Our platform automatically aggregates publicly available data related to your business (Google Maps, public website content, social media profiles) to build your unique “Brand Genome.”
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to operate the “Context Engine” specifically for your account.
- Data Isolation: Your business-specific data (e.g., goals, internal strategy, proprietary descriptions) is strictly siloed.
- No Cross-Client Training: We do not use your business performance data or private inputs to train our AI models for other clients or to improve global public models.
- Non-Sale of Data: We do not sell your information to third parties.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Infrastructure: Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) and hosted via Vercel.
- AI Processing: Data is processed via enterprise-grade APIs (Google Gemini, OpenAI). We utilize enterprise-tier data retention controls to ensure your data is not used for model training by these providers.
- Security: We implement industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following providers: Stripe (Payments), Make.com (Automation), Supabase (Database), Firecrawl/Apify (Scraping), and Resend (Email).
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only for the duration of your active subscription.
- Cancellation/Termination: Upon account cancellation or deletion, we do not archive your “Brand Genome” or historical business context.
- Purge Window: All business-specific data is purged from our production databases within 30 days of account closure.
- Re-Subscription: Should you choose to re-subscribe at a later date, the “Context Engine” will need to regenerate your business profile and context from scratch.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, request corrections, or request immediate deletion of your account and associated business context.
